Welcome

Welcome to "A Couple of Historians." This blog represents the thoughts and feelings, of its two authors, John Stewart and Lisa Torres. We hope to post regularly to the blog over the course of 2008. This year, Lisa and I hope to earn our Master's Degrees from the University of Oklahoma, get married, attend my sister's high school graduation, and buy a condo to name only our biggest goals.

We hope that a blog will allow us to keep track of each other's goals and record the most noteworthy events. Hopefully it will show interesting differences in our opinions of the same events and be a record of a very important year.
